울릉·독도 지역에 나흘 동안 올겨울 들어 가장 많은 14cm의 눈이 내려 성인봉(해발 984m) 산간 지역에
30~40cm의 눈이 쌓이는 등 섬 전체가 눈 세상으로 변했다.
또 동해 중·남부 해상에는 풍랑·강풍주의보가 내려진 가운데 여객선 운항이 나흘째 중단돼 포항~울릉 양쪽 노선에는
600여 명의 관광객과 섬 주민들의 발길이 묶였다. 대설특보와 풍랑·강풍주의보는 21일 오후 늦게 해제될 전망이며
포항~울릉 간 여객선은 22일 오전 9시 30분부터 정상 운항될 예정이다.
